“Shomin Sample” (Ore ga Ojousama Gakkou’s “Shomin Sample” Toshite Gets Sareta Ken) is a television adaptation of a Japanese light novel series that debuted on October 7, 2015, on AT-X, and was subsequently released broadcast on BS Fuji, Tokyo MX, and other Japanese TV channels. The animated series was developed by the studio “Silver Link,” directed by Masato Jinbo, based on the original script written by music Kento Shimoyama- by Hiromi Mizutani. FUNimation licensed the series in North America. The animated series is available for video streaming on the FUNimation site and Animax in the UK, and AnimeLab in Australia. “Shomin Sample” season 1 consists of twelve episodes and there is not much news on shomin sample season 2.

Plot
The events take place in Seikain Girls’ All-School. The school’s female students have decided to keep their innocence, and therefore, they are isolated from the outside world. However, such isolation can negatively affect students in the future, and consequently, they still need some contact with the opposite sex to be aware of men.
The story of the series revolves around the joint student Kimito Kagurazaka who attends a regular high school. But, once, he was kidnapped by aliens and delivered to Seiken. As it turned out, he was removed from the school administration, hoping that Kimito can positively influence female students and introduce them to the outside world. In addition, he was chosen on the basis that Kimito is considered gay, who therefore cannot threaten girls’ chastity. Also, Kimito has no choice because if it turns out that he’s not gay, he could be neutered. As a result, Kimito found himself in a pretty awkward situation as beautiful girls surround him, but he has to behave like a gay.
Shomin Sample Season 2: Renewal Status!
Silver Ink Studios, the creator of the debut season of the anime, neither renewed nor canceled the series for its second season. It has been five years, and the fans are eagerly waiting to hear an official announcement from the creators. However, they still have not provided the fans with any details on it.
A total of 11 volumes of the manga were published by the author, whereas season one of the anime comprises only twelve episodes. Therefore the creators have an abundance of source material to create season 2 of Shomin Sample. And the anime is yet to get a proper conclusion to complete its storyline, so there is a remote possibility that we will see the return of this fan-favorite manga adaptation in the upcoming years.
Season one of Shomin Sample saw Kimito with a lot of gals. However, he did not choose anyone among them. Therefore the creators have a golden opportunity to complete the anime’s storyline once and do all the fans around a favor by releasing shomin sample season 2.
